The leadership story

Show the decisions,
not just the deliverables.

This page is structured around what senior hiring leaders look for: the scale of the challenge, your mandate, how you created alignment, the choices you made, and the evidence that your work changed an outcome.

01

The organizational need

Several workstreams across the global workplace portfolio lacked dedicated strategic research. Product teams needed a stronger understanding of employee and manager needs—and a repeatable way to bring generative evidence into planning.

02

My leadership mandate

I established a 0-to-1 research program serving four previously unsupported workstreams, while partnering with product teams across the HR and People function.

03

Building the practice

I created foundational research roadmaps and a mixed-methods approach that increased generative-research capacity across the portfolio. The program connected individual studies to a larger view of employee services and workplace experience.

04

Research at strategic scale

I led a large-scale survey study on infrastructure needs for return-to-office and hybrid work, translating employee evidence into implications for Meta’s post-COVID workplace strategy.

05

Outcome and evidence

The program brought strategic research to four new workstreams, expanded generative capacity, and identified unmet needs that informed new features for manager and individual-contributor tools.

06

What this demonstrates

Building research influence requires more than delivering studies. It requires a service model, trusted relationships, and a clear connection between human evidence and the organization’s most consequential decisions.
